Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the BinaryWeb website. They do not replace a written agreement for a specific automation or software engagement.

Using this website

This website describes BinaryWeb’s services: focused automation, integrations, internal tools, and related software work. You may browse the pages, send an enquiry, or book a short assessment.

The website does not create an account, store a customer login, or form a contract for delivery by itself. Any paid work is agreed separately in writing, including scope, access, timeline, and price.

Informational content

Examples on this site are labelled. Demonstration projects are not presented as client case studies. Feasibility depends on the systems involved, available access, data quality, security requirements, and agreed scope.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of business, legal, or financial results. Each application is evaluated case by case.

Intellectual property

The site content, including text, layout, and branding, belongs to BinaryWeb or its licensors. You may not copy it to build a competing site or present it as your own.

External services

Links to Calendly, email, or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms. BinaryWeb is not responsible for content or availability outside this website.

Reasonable limits

The website is provided as a public information and contact channel. BinaryWeb is not liable for loss arising only from visiting the site, sending an enquiry, or using a third-party calendar, beyond what applicable law requires.

Governing terms for project work

The governing law and venue for a specific project will be stated in the written engagement for that work. These website terms do not set a jurisdiction for that agreement.
