Who is responsible
BinaryWeb operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@binaryweb.cc.
Information you send us
If you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, work email, company name, optional website, a description of the process or problem, optional current tools, optional urgency, optional budget range, optional information about how you found BinaryWeb, and your privacy consent.
We also store first-touch campaign details when they are present in the link you used, such as UTM parameters, the first page you visited in that session, and the external referring site. We do not ask for a telephone number.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry details to review whether the request is a practical fit, reply within one business day, and suggest a short assessment call or the next piece of information needed. Campaign details help us understand which outreach or page led to the enquiry.
We do not use form contents to send unrelated marketing lists, and we do not sell personal information.
Scheduling
Booking a 30-minute assessment uses Calendly, which is an independent service. If you open the calendar, Calendly may collect your name, email, and meeting details under its own privacy policy. Use the calendar only if you are comfortable with that service.
Email delivery
When you submit the enquiry form, BinaryWeb sends an internal notification and may send a confirmation email through its email delivery provider. These messages contain the enquiry details required to assess and reply to the request.
Cookies we use
Necessary: a record of your analytics choice, stored in your browser so we can remember Accept or Reject.
Analytics, only with consent: Google Analytics measurement cookies.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept long enough to reply, continue a relevant conversation, and maintain a basic business record of the request. We do not keep form data longer than needed for those purposes.
Sharing and transfers
We share information with the providers required to operate the site: website hosting, email delivery, Calendly if you book a meeting, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics. Some of these providers may process information outside Canada or the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of an enquiry record where we do not need to keep it. Email contact@binaryweb.cc and we will respond.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to object to certain processing, restrict processing, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are in Canada, you may contact us with privacy questions under applicable Canadian privacy law.
Updates
We will update this page if the website, form, analytics, or providers change in a way that affects privacy. The date at the bottom shows the current version.
